As part of our commitment to maintaining the integrity and transparency of the scholarly record, the journal "Drewno" participates in the Crossmark service provided by Crossref.

The Crossmark icon displayed on each article page informs readers of the current status of the publication. By clicking on the icon, readers can confirm whether they are viewing the latest version and can access any updates, corrections, or notices associated with the article.

What content is covered by Crossmark?
All peer-reviewed articles published in "Drewno" and assigned a DOI are included in the Crossmark service. This applies to articles published in PDF format.

Types of Updates
“Drewno” follows clearly defined editorial procedures to manage post-publication changes, in accordance with COPE guidelines. These include:
1. Corrections (Errata): Issued to amend minor errors that do not affect the scientific integrity of the article.
2. Retractions: Published when the article’s findings are no longer considered reliable due to significant error or research misconduct.
3. Expressions of Concern: Released when there are unresolved but serious concerns about the integrity of the article.
All updates are documented in the Crossmark metadata and are directly linked to the original article.
